scarce water resources in a smart growth plan.

Constituent

The most important function of a public servant is to be responsive to the
needs of constituents. As your former three term state legislator I
understand this basic function and will hit the ground running.
-
Leadership
Cochise County needs a strong lobbying voice at the state and federal level
to promote innovative practical and responsible solutions for our border
region. I vow to continue to be a strong voice for the people.
