UPPER SAN PEDRO WATER DISTRICT ORGANIZING BOARD

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given that there will be a Public Information Meeting, on Thursday, JANUARY 28, 2010, at 5:30 P.M. at American Legion, 225 E. Allen Street, Tombstone, Arizona 85638.

A quorum of the Upper San Pedro Water District Organizing Board may be present, but no legal action will be taken or discussed among the Board at this meeting.

The meeting is open to the general public.
