UPPER SAN PEDRO WATER DISTRICT ORGANIZING BOARD

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given that there will be a Public Information Meeting, on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 2, 2010, at 5:30 P.M. at the Windemere Hotel Ballroom, 2047 South Highway 92, Sierra Vista, Arizona.

A quorum of the Upper San Pedro Water District Organizing Board may be present, but no legal action will be taken or discussed among the Board at this meeting.

The meeting is open to the general public.
