The Cochise County Board of Adjustment, District
3, hereby gives notice a public hearing will be held at 6:30 p.m., on Tuesday,
September 8, 2009 in the J.P. Courtroom of the
Docket BA3-09-09 (Smith): The Applicant requests a Variance from Section 903.03 of
the Zoning Regulations, which requires that structures be set back no less than
10 feet from all property lines. The Applicant wishes to legitimize an existing
carport 3 feet from Eastern property line.
