NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

The Cochise County Board of Adjustment, District 3, hereby gives notice a public hearing will be held at 6:30 p.m., on Tuesday, January 12, 2010 at the J.P. Courtroom in the County Service Center, located at 126 W. 5th Street in Benson, Arizona, to consider the following:

 

Docket BA3-10-01, Klump: The Applicant, Mr. Matthew Klump, requests a Variance from Section 1804.07.C of the County Zoning Regulations which requires chip seal surface on the Site's vehicle travel and parking areas.  The Applicant seeks to install 2 inch gravel ground cover on the Site in lieu of chip seal.

 

The subject parcel (Parcel No. 203-40-002) is not addressed and is located on South Haskell Avenue, a paved ADOT-maintained road in Willcox, AZ. It is further described as being situated in Section 6 of Township 14, Range 25 of the G&SRB&M, in Cochise County, Arizona. The Site is zoned General Business and would be used for retail sales of construction materials such as sand and gravel.
