Notice is
hereby given that sealed competitive bids will be accepted from qualified
firms, individuals and contractors registered with the Arizona Registrar of
Contractors to provide all material, labor, equipment and transportation
required to improve the Fry Wash drainage way located between 2nd
and 7th Streets in Sierra Vista, Arizona. This project is funded
through a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) from the Arizona Department
of Housing and will be subject to available funding.
The
successful bidder will be required to assistance in the preparation,
investigation and documentation necessary for compliance with all applicable
Davis Bacon/Federal Labor Standards, and all requirements of the Arizona
Department of Housing, CDBG Program. The
successful bidder will also be required to comply with all local, state and
federal safety and environmental requirements.
The project shall be completed in accordance with all federal programs
and state statutory requirements to include Executive Orders, Administrative
Rules and Regulations.
A job walk will be held on Thursday, August 13th,

The
Cochise County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any
offer or any part thereof; to defer action on the offers; to reject all offers;
to waive any informality in the qualification procedures. Deviations from the scope of work, terms and
conditions may be considered at the option of the Board of Supervisors.
It is the
Bidders responsibility to monitor the County's website for possible addenda to
this solicitation to inform him/herself of the most current scope of work,
terms and conditions and to submit his/her submittal in accordance with the
original requirements and all addenda.
