PUBLIC NOTICE
Pursuant to A.R.S. §§ 48-1081 et.
seq. and 48-905 and -906, the general public is hereby notified that the
Cochise County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Tuesday,
December 29, 2009 @ 10:00 a.m. to consider whether to declare that the proposed
High Knoll Ranches Road & Maintenance Improvement District be established.
This hearing will be held at the Cochise County Board of
Supervisors’ Hearing Room located in Building G,
