AT 4:00 PM, LOCAL STANDARD TIME

Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals, to provide the specified materials/services, will be received by the Contracts Administrator at the specified location, until the time and date cited. Responses will be publicly opened in the Procurement Department Conference Room and will not be read aloud. Any responses received later than the date and time specified above will be returned unopened.

An optional pre-proposal meeting will be held September 2, 2009 at 1:00 PM in the Procurement Department Conference Room, 1415 Melody Lane, Building C, Bisbee, Arizona 85603. While the meeting is optional, interested proposers are strongly urged to attend.

Cochise County is soliciting written proposals from qualified firms to provide the annual printing requirements for the County. This will include, but not be limited to business cards, letterhead, envelopes of various sized, single and multi-part NCR forms, door hangers, newsletters, postcards, etc. Pricing shall include packaging and delivery.

The RFP is also available on the Cochise County web site at cochise.gov.az , click on “Departments”, then click on “Procurement”.

The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal or any part thereof; to defer action on the proposals; to reject all proposals; to waive any informalities in solicitation procedures. Deviations from the proposal specifications may be considered at the option of the Board of Supervisors.

Responses shall be received at: Cochise County Procurement Department, 1415 Melody Lane, Building C, Bisbee, Arizona 85603, until the time and date cited above. Responses must be in the actual possession of the Purchasing Division at the location indicated, on or prior to the exact time and date indicated above. Late responses shall be returned unopened. Electronic format responses will not be accepted unless specifically required in the Request for Proposals.

It is the Bidder's responsibility to monitor the County's website for possible addenda to this bid to inform him/her of the most current specifications, terms and conditions and to submit his/her bid in accordance with the original bid requirements and all addenda. All available bids and related addenda can be found at: www.cochise.az.gov Failure of the bidder to obtain this information shall not relieve him/her of the requirements contained therein. Additionally, failure of bidder to return signed addenda(s), when required, may be cause for the rejection of the bid.
