NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS ARE DUE ON

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 2009

AT 4:00 P.M., LOCAL STANDARD TIME

 

Notice is hereby given that sealed Statements of Qualifications will be accepted by the Senior Buyer for On Call Hydrology and Hydraulic Analyses Services at the specified location, time and date cited herein.  The submittals will be publicly announced in the Procurement Department conference room.  Only the Consultant's name will be read aloud.  Any submittal received later than the date and time specified above will be returned unopened.

 

The County of Cochise is seeking highly qualified and skilled professional firms or individuals with experience in providing on call consulting services for hydrology and hydraulic analyses, as per the terms, conditions and scope of work listed herein.

The Cochise County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any offer or any part thereof; to defer action on the offers; to reject all offers; to waive any informality in the qualification procedures.  Deviations from the proposed scope of work, terms and conditions may be considered at the option of the Board of Supervisors.

 

Submittals are to be mailed or delivered to: Cochise County, Procurement Department, 1415 W. Melody Lane, Building C, Bisbee, Arizona  85603. Electronic format submittals will not be

accepted.

 

It is the Consultant's responsibility to monitor the County's website for possible addenda to this solicitation to inform him/herself of the most current scope of work, terms and conditions and to submit his/her submittal in accordance with the original solicitation requirements and all addenda.  All available solicitations and related addenda can be found at: www.cochise.az.gov  Failure of the Consultant to obtain this information shall not relieve him/her of the requirements contained therein.  Additionally, failure of the Consultant to return signed addenda(s), when required, may be cause for the rejection of their submittal.
