Notice is
hereby given that sealed Request for Qualifications will be accepted by the
Senior Buyer from qualified Treatment and Recovery Support Service Providers
who wish to be pre-qualified to provide Access to Recovery Support Services for
the County Courts Adult Probation Department on an "as needed"
basis. The Registry of Access to
Recovery Support Services Providers will be
used to perform substance abuse treatment services set forth by the
requirements in this solicitation; multiple contracts may be awarded. Responses will be accepted and evaluated as
they are received; agreements will be established for each qualified Treatment Provider.

The
Cochise County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any
offer or any part thereof; to defer action on the offers; to reject all offers;
to waive any informality in the qualification procedures. Deviations from the scope of work, terms and
conditions may be considered at the option of the Board of Supervisors.

It is the
Treatment and Recovery Support Service Provider's responsibility to monitor the
County's
website for possible addenda to this solicitation to inform
him/herself of the most current scope of work, terms and conditions and to
submit his/her submittal in accordance with the original requirements and all
addenda. All available solicitations and
related addenda can be found at: www.cochise.az.gov Failure of the Treatment Provider to obtain
this information shall not relieve him/her of the requirements contained
therein. Additionally, failure of the Treatment
Provider to return signed addenda(s), when required, may be cause for the
rejection of the submittal.
