The Cochise County
Planning and Zoning Commission hereby gives notice a public hearing will be
held at or after 4:00 p.m., on Wednesday, January 13, 2010 at the Cochise
County Board of Supervisors Hearing Room, at
Docket SU-10-01 (Ritter): The
Applicant seeks a Special Use Permit to establish and operate a bed and
breakfast/'quilting retreat' in a proposed 1,100 square foot structure on a
2-acre site in
The subject parcels are located at 6720 Calle de la
Mango in Hereford and are further described as being situated in Section 08 of
Township 23, Range 21 East of the G&SRB&M, in Cochise County, Arizona.
The Applicants are Sheila and William Ritter.

may be examined during office hours.
