LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Cochise County Planning Commission hereby gives notice that a Public Hearing will be held at or after 4:00 PM. on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at 1415 Melody Lane, Building G, Bisbee, Arizona to consider the following:

Dockets SU-91-14 and SU-01-03, Vos: A staff-initiated request to revoke the Special Use Permit authorizations for a private airstrip, aircraft hangers, health training and indoor and outdoor activities, and a 40-space RV Park on a 160-acre parcel, Parcel No.108-08-009, located at 2940 to 2944 N. Four Pillars Road in the Tombstone/Whetstone area. The revocation is sought due to the failure of the Applicants to meet the conditions of approval for either permit. The owners are Stephen and Maria Vos.

The property is further described as being situated in Township 19, Range 21 and Section 31 of the G&SRB&M, Cochise County, Arizona.

Details of the above docket are on file in the office of the Cochise County Planning Department, 1415 Melody Lane, Building E, Bisbee, Arizona, and may be examined during office hours (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
