NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Cochise County Board of Supervisors hereby gives notice that a Public Hearing will be held at or after 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, October 20, 2009 in the Board Hearing Room at 1415 Melody Lane, Building G, Bisbee, Arizona to consider the following:

Docket SUA2-02-06A (Jensen): An Appeal of the Planning and Zoning Commission's August 12, 2009 unanimous denial of a staff-initiated request to modify the conditions of approval of a 2002 Special Use Permit, Docket Number SU-02-06, to legitimize a truck repair business located at 181 S. Schrader Road, Parcel 107-48-005C, in Sierra Vista. The business owners and operators are Rod and Josie Jensen. The Appellant is Knee Deep Partners, represented by Ms. Teresa Price of Buck Lewis Engineering.

The property is further described as being situated in Township 22 South, Range 21 East and Section 4 of the G&SRB&M, Cochise County, Arizona.

Details of the above docket are on file in the office of the Cochise County Planning Department, 1415 Melody Lane, Building E, Bisbee, Arizona, and may be examined during office hours (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
