NOTICE
OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Cochise County Board of Supervisors hereby
gives notice a public hearing will be held at or after 10:00 a.m., on Tuesday,
December 15, 2009 at the Cochise County Board of Supervisors Hearing Room, at
Docket Z-09-07 (
Other land uses permitted
in a General Business District that are not permitted as-of-right in a TR
District include: Group quarters; Guest lodging; Recreational vehicle and
manufactured home parks; Bed and breakfasts; Day care facilities and
establishments; Educational services; Utility installations; Churches or places
of religious worship; Welfare and charitable services; Cultural, historic and
nature exhibits; Hospitals; Personal and professional services; Banks; Research
and testing laboratories; Veterinary clinics or animal hospitals; Funeral and
crematory services; Cemeteries; Gasoline/service stations; Convenience stores
and grocery stores; Shopping centers; Retail sales or rentals; Repair services;
Contract construction services; Wireless communications towers; Parking
lots and garages; Bus and rail terminals; Mini-warehouses; Printing and
publishing businesses; Meat-cutting and butchering shops; Warehousing,
distribution and storage of non-hazardous goods; Impoundment storage yards; Residential
care institutions; Health clinics; Car washes; Emergency vehicle stations; and
Commercial plant nurseries.
In addition, the following
Special Uses are allowed in a GB District, which are not allowed in a TR
District: Manufacturing, wholesaling, warehousing, distribution or storage of
goods; Zoos and other outdoor animal exhibits; Fairgrounds and amusement parks;
Motion picture production sites/studios; Recycling centers; Offender
rehabilitation facilities; Jails, prisons, and detention centers; Billboards;
Swap meets; Regional sewage treatment plants; Truck stops; Lighted Outdoor
Recreation Facilities; and Golf courses.
