  Adopt Resolution 09-01 to order the formation of the Mescal-J6 Fire District based on submission of valid Petitions if it is determined by the Board, upon the recommendation of the Elections & Special Districts Director based on Certifications from the Recorders and Assessors' Offices for both Cochise County and Pima County, that the requisite number of signatures for each of the three criteria specified in Arizona Revised Statutes 48-261 (7) have been verified and that all formation requirements set forth in ARS 48-261 et seq, have been successfully met by the proposed district's organizing board.
