  Approve Contract #09-01-APR-01 with Catholic Community Services (CCS) to provide victim services and case management per the Violence Against Women Office (VAWO) funded grant #2005-WR-AX-0030 at a cost of $119,687 over the two-year funding period, from October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2011.

  Approve a Memorandum of Understanding between the U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management and the Cochise County Board of Supervisors to provide the framework for a mutually beneficial, cooperative and productive intergovernmental relationship between the referenced parties with regard to defining their respective roles and responsibilities as they relate to the BLM’s planning process, as recommended by the Public Lands Advisory Committee.

  Approve an amendment to the Court Consolidation Agreement with the City of Sierra Vista to allow the City to deduct costs associated with a proposed municipal photo citation program from fines collected from those citations.
